Video Learning Content Creator is responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing learning video content that enhances understanding, engagement, and behavior change across both bancassurance (Manulife China Bank Life Assurance Corporation) and agency (Manulife Philippines) distribution channels. The role focuses on storytelling, visual learning, and message clarity through short‑form and long‑form instructional videos for use in blended, virtual, and self‑paced programs. While specialized in video contents, the role follows shared instructional standards to ensure consistency and continuity within the Digital Learning Team.
