Job Description
Responsible for taking foundational brand assets and rapidly iterating them into high-converting video ads. Collaborates closely with media buyers to run continuous A/B tests, utilizing professional design expertise and AI tools to maximize CTR across major growth channels. KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Adaptation: Independently execute secondary creative development based on core brand assets. Rapidly extend, re-edit, slice, and optimize video creatives to fit various ad formats.
- High-Frequency A/B Testing: Design and produce multiple variations of video assets targeting different channels (Google/FB). Continuously test visual styles, hooks, pacing, and CTA layouts.
- AI-Powered Efficiency: Combine professional aesthetic judgment with modern AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, AI video generators) to accelerate asset mass-production.
