We're 2 second-time YC founders building a fragrance brand after creating 3 successful food brands.

We're looking for a video editor who lives and breathes Instagram.

What you'll do:

Edit Instagram Reels, Shorts & founder content Edit podcasts into long-form + viral clips Turn raw footage into stories people actually want to watch Work on content in bulk and move fast

What we're looking for:

2+ years of editing experience Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention & storytelling Can think beyond cuts and transitions Knows what's working on Instagram right now Self-starter with good taste and attention to detail

Bonus points if:

You've worked with founders, D2 C brands, or personal brands You have a portfolio of content that's crossed 100k+ views If your edits make people stop scrolling, we'd love to chat.
