We're 2 second-time YC founders building a fragrance brand after creating 3 successful food brands.
We're looking for a video editor who lives and breathes Instagram.
What you'll do:
- Edit Instagram Reels, Shorts & founder content
- Edit podcasts into long-form + viral clips
- Turn raw footage into stories people actually want to watch
- Work on content in bulk and move fast

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of editing experience
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention & storytelling
- Can think beyond cuts and transitions
- Knows what's working on Instagram right now
- Self-starter with good taste and attention to detail

- You have a portfolio of content that's crossed 100k+ views
