Job Description
Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the Interfaces Team within the Corporate Technology Department. The role involves oversight of middleware platforms that underpin front‑office, middle‑office, and downstream systems across the MUFG securities business.

Main Purpose of the Role
To lead, manage, and continuously improve a blended team of support analysts and developers responsible for the end‑to‑end BAU support and controlled development of a business‑critical middleware platform.
