Job Description
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Vice President of Finance & Administration is a member of the Executive Leadership Team reporting to the President/CEO. The role provides clarity and insight regarding all fiscal and administrative management aspects of the organization in conjunction with the President/CEO and the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO and Leadership Team to support growth in a manner consistent with the mission.
- Develop, design, and recommend long‑term strategic plans for Accounting/Finance, Legal, and IT.
- Provide consultative services in Talent Acquisition & Management, Business Systems Applications, budget development/maintenance, and other operational areas.
