Vice President of Finance & Accounting

The Position

Reporting to the CFO, the Vice president of Finance & Accounting will assist in setting company financial policy and will lead financial reporting, governmental reporting, outside audits, tax compliance, and regulatory compliance while also serving as an active participant in the organization’s overall financial strategy. The Vice President of Finance & Accounting will work closely with the senior leadership team in capital structure management while leading financial administration and budgeting. This leader will serve as an advisor to the senior leadership team, board of directors, and other key stakeholders, while maintaining a strategic role as a leader and contributor within the organization.
