ROLE OVERVIEW

As VP Engineering, you will lead the engineering function through the company's industrial scale‑up. You'll own the technology roadmap from current generation to next, build and develop the engineering organisation, and act as the senior technical voice in executive and investor forums. This is a hands‑on senior leadership role, not a steering committee seat.
