Vice President - Infrastructure investments

A specialist alternative assets investor is seeking a VP/ED-level professional to join its infrastructure investment team. The role offers direct exposure to origination and execution across a mid-market, operationally focused mandate, with meaningful involvement in high-conviction, hands-on deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support origination, evaluation, and execution of infrastructure investments across the deal lifecycle, from sourcing through to close
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment committee materials to support decision-making
• Manage relationships with management teams, co-investors, advisors, and other deal counterparties throughout the investment process
• Monitor portfolio assets post-investment, tracking performance and identifying value-creation and exit opportunities
