MSCI's Index Development Research (IDR) team in Monterrey is seeking an experienced quantitative researcher to lead new index ideas from concept through production. You will drive research using historical data, factor models, and portfolio analytics, creating actionable investment insights.

You will collaborate with global teams to publish research, write papers and blogs, and refine ideas with clients across segments to solve investment challenges.
