Vice President – Human Resource Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and drive people initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to management, providing expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, stakeholder management, budgeting, forecasting, and policy development to ensure effective people management and business growth.
