Responsibilities
- Own the full-funnel media strategy across all paid channels, from awareness-building to performance conversion
- Manage paid acquisition strategy across social, search, programmatic, and emerging channels with P&L accountability
- Build and manage an external network of paid media specialists and performance agencies
- Design and operate an AI-native performance system and testing infrastructure
- Drive the creative-to-performance feedback loop in collaboration with the Creative Intelligence pod
