Vice President, Fund Accounting Sr Manager – Reconciliation

Position: Vice President, Fund Accounting Sr Manager – Reconciliation (C13) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The role is a senior management position responsible for driving fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations – Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to ensure seamless delivery of Net Asset Value (NAV) related activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of professionals, including performance evaluations, hiring, discipline, and staffing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system, service and procedural enhancements, leading and evaluating system testing.
• Coordinate staff assignments to achieve optimal effectiveness based on business requirements and skill sets.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and serve as point of escalation for complex customer issues.
