Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of VP, ECM Syndicate.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with origination and sales and trading across pitching, market updates, and transaction recommendations.
- Support the equity capital markets franchise advising governments, corporates and shareholders on accessing the capital markets as well as supporting issuance of equity‑linked instruments across developed and emerging EMEA.
- Contribute to the success of the desk in all capacities, including live bookbuilding and client‑facing roles around execution and advice.
- Executing transactions in conjunction with HSBC's global sales and trading platform across MENAT cash equity and EMEA equity‑linked.
- Alongside origination colleagues, build relationships with clients and investors to understand financing needs, market access, timing and execution strategy.
