Vice President, Development (TFO Construction)

The **Vice President of Development (TFO Construction)** is responsible for taking our data center development projects from concept to completion in order to enable QTS to reach its overall strategic vision. The VP will drive strategic direction and provide direct oversight for the largest development projects to include establishing and overseeing budget and financial goals. This position will lead team members on acquisition, city/county coordination, site and building design, permitting, design meetings and construction administration. The successful candidate will have knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, general contracting methods, corporate tax, data center design and rapid development. This role will also interface with Finance, Product Sales and Operations leaders to ensure that a cohesive strategy is in place to maximize investment and development opportunities.
