Overview

Drive Bursa Malaysia’s corporate development strategy through partnerships, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Responsibilities

Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify emerging opportunities and threats.

Build and maintain a strong network and pipeline of potential acquisition or partnership targets across financial market infrastructure, fintech, data analytics, digital asset ecosystems and other stakeholders to source potential deals.

Lead end-to-end process for deal execution – mergers & acquisitions (M&A), stake acquisition (minor or major), joint ventures and divestitures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess strategic fit, financial impact, and operational feasibility of potential transactions.

Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analyses. Manage due diligence processes, engaging internal and external advisors.
