VHA Speech Language Pathologist Position

As a part of VHA Home HealthCare, this role seeks a Speech Language Pathologist with at least two years of clinical experience. You will assess, diagnose, and implement customized treatments for clients with diverse communication needs. Education for clients and families is key as well as collaboration with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments using standardized tests
• Create individual treatment programs based on assessments
• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress
• Counsel clients and caregivers on management strategies
• Document all aspects of client care meticulously
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active membership with the College of Audiologists
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience
