CARE Veterinary Center is looking for a full-time Veterinary Technician Manager with strong leadership experience to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Frederick, MD.
About You
You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing end-to-end care for our patients while leading a high-performing technician team. Your impact will range from hands-on care, managing acute, critical and complex cases, and performing advanced technical procedures, to leadership responsibilities including guiding direct reports and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced emergency and specialty environment with high patient volume.

Your Experience & Skills
· Minimum 5+ years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care)
