Independently-run small animal practice in the Fareham area who are looking to welcome two Veterinary Surgeons to their team, due to both growth and a relocation within the existing team.

This is a well-established and genuinely supportive small animal practice, run with full clinical independence despite being part of a larger network. You'll be joining a stable and welcoming team where mentorship, collaboration and doing what's right for the patient are at the heart of how they work.
The existing vets have each been with the practice since early in their careers, reflecting the positive culture and long-term development support available.
The practice can be flexible: full-time is around 40 hours per week, but part-time options are very much open ideally from 2+ set days, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:3018:00) and no Sunday work. Sole charge is minimal an...
