Responsibilities
- Mentor undergraduate students through the full research process, from topic selection and literature review to manuscript development
- Guide students in developing feasible, high-quality research questions aligned with academic and career goals
- Provide structured feedback on research plans, literature synthesis, and written research drafts
- Help students understand research standards and discipline-specific expectations
- Support students pursuing outcomes such as academic papers, posters, or journal submissions
- Track progress against defined milestones and timelines
