Veterinary Client Care Assistant - Front Desk & Support

Medivet Group in Nottingham is looking for a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional care to clients, patients, and colleagues.

The role includes reception duties, managing emergency appointments, and ensuring optimal appointment availability. Ideal candidates have excellent reception skills, good numeracy, and experience with online booking systems. Previous veterinary experience is preferred.
