Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial department in negotiating and fixing ships.
• Provide market updates and research for clients.
• Update all market information and gather market intelligence.
• Follow cargo negotiations closely within the commercial desk.

Detailed Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Update all market information such as drybulk fixtures across all routes.
• Support client updates through internal communication channels on a centralized data report.
• Send timely reports to all key clients.
• Ensure internal data is kept relevant and updated promptly.
• Assist in sending out cargo/tonnage blasts to relevant client lists.
• Follow up on tonnage and cargo lists.
• Contribute to the Capesize desk through initiatives and process management.
