Verification & Validation Engineering Specialist – London, ON. Onsite role reporting to the Verification/Validation Team Leader. Responsibilities

Combine hands‑on testing, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to support verification and validation of electrical and electromechanical products. Use AI‑enabled tools (Microsoft Copilot, Jira, Confluence) to accelerate documentation, test development, and problem identification. Troubleshoot technical issues, build test setups, and partner with engineering teams to ensure product quality and continuous improvement. Conduct verification and validation activities to ensure products meet functional, regulatory, safety, and quality requirements. Participate in laboratory testing, field verification, and development of new test protocols, plans, DVP&R content, and acceptance criteria.
