We're the team behind Amazon Graviton — the industry-leading ARM-based server SoC — and we're looking for talented students to join our Pre-Silicon Verification team as part of a student internship/working-student position.

You'll get hands-on experience at the intersection of product definition, software, architecture, and physical design- contributing to the verification loop across multiple aspects of chip design.
We use the most advanced methodologies and agentic AI as an integral part of our design and verification workflow, constantly pushing for new approaches that deliver the highest quality silicon.
