Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Vendor Management Specialist for their Des Moines, IA (hybrid) location.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholder, third-party vendor and operational staff daily to ensure delivery of services are in alignment with contractual expectation. Advocate service offerings on behalf of the area by influencing decisions related to use of services. Support Technology teams and business units on tasks associated with vendor supplier management. Responsible for documentation and record tracking to fulfill EDS responsibilities Gain understanding of strategy and associate changes.
