Vehicle Systems Integration & Airworthiness Manager

**Description:** We are seeking a first-line manager to lead the Integration & Airworthiness team within the Vehicle Systems directorate. The successful candidate will set high performance standards, maintain professionalism, and demonstrate continuous learning and analytical thinking.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of the Electronics, Integration and Labs team. The manager will oversee a functional engineering team responsible for Air Vehicle Design Engineering integration across the broader Vehicle Systems engineering team, including full-time deployed Engineering support to the Factory, Flight Line, and Sustainment Operations. This team cultivates expertise in all areas of safety-critical requirements decomposition and verification, with focus on Tier 3 to Tier 5, required for airworthiness certification.
