Key Responsibilities

• Renew ORCR for second‑hand vehicles before the expiration date.
• Apply for new ORCR for new trucks in real‑time.
• Create stickers for new delivery vehicles and replace damaged plate stickers as needed.
• Update truck delivery dates in real‑time.
• Manage and update monthly toll fees and print toll fee invoices.
• Oversee insurance expense amortization in real‑time.
• Process PA&PCP applications upon receipt of the plate number.
• Monitor insurance claims in coordination with designated personnel.
• Oversee GPS service monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, including vehicle licensing, insurance, and safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, servicing, and repairs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including service providers, insurance companies, and leasing agencies.
