Job Description

StaffPoint is seeking a skilled and hospitable RECEPTIONIST to join the reception team at Lapland Hotels Sky Ounasvaara for the winter season 2026‑2027.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, emails, and phone work for guests.
• Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures at the front desk.
• Assist guests at the lobby bar, including serving refreshments in the fireplace area.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in a non‑smoking workplace.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer‑service attitude and good communication skills.
• Education related to hospitality and at least one year of experience in similar roles.
• Ability and willingness to work occasional night shifts.
• Fluent Finnish and good English language skills.
• Hygienic pass and alcohol service license.
• Experience with the Opera Cloud reservation system is an advantage.
