Staffpoint is seeking receptionists for Lapland Hotels Olos for the winter season .

The role includes reception duties such as handling reservations via email and phone, check‑in and check‑out, billing, and customer service.

The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint. Lapland Hotels is a non‑smoking workplace. The work begins on 23 November 2026 and continues until approximately mid‑April 2027.

Qualifications

• Hotel receptionist education and/or at least one year of work experience.
• Knowledge of the Opera hotel reservation system.
• Ability to work responsibly as part of a team and independently during shifts.
• Finnish and English language skills; knowledge of French and Spanish is an advantage.
• Fluent Finnish required.
