Overview

StaffPoint seeks a Front Desk Receptionist at Lapland Hotels Bear’s Lodge for the winter season 2026–2027. The role focuses on ensuring guest comfort at the reception and supporting a relaxed lobby bar environment by the fireplace.

Responsibilities

• Receive reservations and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Handle emails and phone inquiries.
• Support bar operations in the lobby area and provide guest service in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception tasks.
• Experience with Opera Cloud.
• Good stress tolerance and ability to stay friendly during peak periods.
• Positive customer service attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good language skills in Finnish and English (fluency in Finnish required).
• Driver’s license and access to a car for commuting.
