Job Description
**About the role**
The role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that Vår Energi's supply base and warehouse operations at Polarbase meets customer's requirements and that they are performed in compliance with HSEQ standard, internal policies and external regulations.
**Main tasks**
Monitor and ensure adherence to HSEQ standards within supply base and warehouse operations.
Register, track, and manage Synergi cases related to the abovementioned operations.
Accountable for all Vår Energi's operations at Polarbase, including but not limited to:
- Ensure timely and accurate logistics services to assets and rigs- Focal point for all Vår Energi activities at the supply base.- Ensure operational compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements.- Manage service contractors, storage areas, and equipment in line with contractual obligations.- Maintain close collaboration with service providers and relevant external stakeholders.- Act as the focal point fo...
