Job Description
Be a critical player in guest services at Rocky Mountaineer as a Guest Experience Manager in Vancouver. This full-time seasonal role runs from July to October, focusing on guest engagement.
In this position, you will lead the daily operations at Train Stations and Guest Centres, ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class experience. You’ll work closely with partners, manage the Destinations Team, and continually improve service delivery and guest care. Your proactive approach will help meet KPIs while upholding RM's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily station operations for guest experience
• Coordinate logistics for timely guest transfers
• Document and resolve guest feedback promptly
• Interact with public functions to represent RM
