Job Description
The role
is varied and will cover a wide range of disciplines including Red Book valuations (eg. for tax purposes), portfolio valuations, the valuation and negotiation of claims under the Leasehold Reform Act, Landlord and Tenant including rent registrations under the Rent Act 1977, and asset management.
