to drive pricing intelligence and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze real estate market data to derive pricing and valuation insights
Enhance and refine pricing/valuation models using structured datasets
Maintain and manage large datasets for trend analysis and decision-making
Collect and map unit-level property data for analytics and intelligence systems
Work on both field data collection and desk-based analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to improve data accuracy and usability
Identify market trends, anomalies, and investment signals
