Valuation Coordinator (German Speaking)

Why This Role Matters

The Valuations Coordinator will provide administrative support to Estates, Appraisals & Valuations Account Managers, assisting with the facilitation and execution of cross‑category valuations, sale proposals, and consignments. In addition, this position will help within the larger Estates, Appraisals & Valuations department as a whole, sharing general responsibilities with other Coordinators such as fielding general department inquiries and working autonomously on smaller valuations where suitable and as assigned by senior colleagues.

The successful candidate should have a genuine interest in valuations, excellent attention to detail, a keen interest in art history, strong time management skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and fluency in German (written and spoken).
