Valencia Kosher Restaurant General Manager - Launch & Lead

Yael Schools Network is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the launch and daily operations of a new kosher restaurant in Valencia. This role demands collaboration with the Head Chef and Mashgiach to ensure seamless service and adherence to kosher standards.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in high-volume dining and familiarity with the Spanish hospitality landscape. A degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts is preferred. Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
