A well-established and reputable law firm based in Randburg is seeking an experienced VAF Litigation Secretary with exposure to vehicle repossessions to join their dynamic legal team.
The successful candidate will have experience in Vehicle Asset Finance (VAF) litigation, strong administrative abilities, and the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio within a fast-paced legal environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)


• 1–3 years’ experience as a VAF Litigation Secretary / Repossession Secretary


• Experience handling vehicle repossession and collections matters


• Knowledge and understanding of National Credit Act (NCA) procedures


• Experience with Section 129 notices and related legal processes
