The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of the wages to ensure correct, on-time-every-time payment of wages. Applicants must reside in the Vaal area.

Duties & Responsibilities

Processing and managing all aspects of payroll while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including:

• Calculating hours.
• Processing new Assignees.
• Terminations.
• Administer employee benefits, including Provident Fund, Funeral Benefit and any other benefits.
• Auditing of Assignee and Client Files.
• All other administration relating to the payment of Assignee wages on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
