Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in UX Research initiatives, including discovery, qualitative research, benchmarks, and comparative analyses.
- Map user journeys, create task flows, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes (preferably in Figma).
- Plan and moderate usability tests, prepare scripts, and organize user sessions.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
- Use the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability of Web components.
- Support the promotion of UX best practices, accessibility, and research within the organization.
- Translate business needs and insights into impact-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related fields.
- Experience in UX Design, with a focus on Web platforms.
- Proven experience in discovery processes, defining problems and opportunities.
