The Telecommunications and Networking Technician will participate in the design, integration, deployment, maintenance and operation of networks in electric utilities and industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusting and quality business relationships
• Participate in development of proposals
• Plan and coordinate complex projects
• Develop or participate in development of detailed schedules
• Perform testing, commissioning and integration duties on complex telecom projects
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports and complete all required reporting at project completion

Qualifications

• Telecommunications and/or networking engineering technology diploma, or any relevant combination of education and experience
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience
