Our client is looking for a competent, energetic Utilities Administrator with experience within the property industry to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly import files for the utility charges to be loaded in MDA property management software.
- Calculate a consumption from electricity/water and convert it to a rand value charge according to tariff that uses a sliding scale.
- Arrange appointments with tenants for investigations
- Assist team dealing with municipal queries when needed
- Attend to day-to-day filing
- Attend to queries from Building Managers regarding utilities
