Your Opportunity
Under general direction of the Manager, Web and Digital Technology, the successful incumbent will identify user and business requirements and help determine potential areas for improvement for IITS websites and applications. Duties include planning, delivering User Experience testing activities for technical products, advising on process improvements for feedback collection, and selecting vendors and tools.
