Job Description

   Davidson Technology have teamed up with a Victorian government entity to help them find their newest team member: A user access and request management specialist!  
 Based in Geelong, this role will offer hybrid working set-up with three days a week in the office.
 Contact running through till December of 2024, extensions to be discussed closer to end date.
 
 
 
   The experience needed:  
 Strong understanding of Request Management and User Access Control including scalability of catalogue items to support complex on boarding within a large organisation
 Knowledge on available standards, methods, tools, applications and processes to make appropriate across Knowledge and Request Management
 Develops and implements knowledge management processes and behaviours.
 Develops standards and procedures to support content publishing across one or more platforms/channels.
