Overview
Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Maintains the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for forklift spotting and handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
