US Real Estate Contract Analyst

We are looking for a Real Estate Contract Analyst with hands‑on experience in the US real estate market. This role focuses on reviewing and analyzing contracts, lease agreements, and transaction data, with particular emphasis on leasing workflows and cashback/commission structures.

Note: This is a non‑legal, operations‑focused role. Candidates from purely legal/attorney backgrounds are not the target fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze US real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and addendums
• Review leasing deals and validate cashback/commission structures
• Extract, interpret, and summarize key contract terms for internal teams
