Job Description
Our client is a leading international firm with an increasingly busy U.S. Investigations practice, and they are looking to hire an associate for the team. You will be working with a market-leading partner who has previously worked with the DOJ and SEC, and advise on cross-border government investigations and reuglatory enforcement matters. You will work on matters involving international trade, anti-corruption, securities fraud, insider trading, sanction laws and violations on the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practice Act.
They are keen to relocate someone from the U.S. with directly relevant experience and looking to build their career in Asia. For the right candidate, they will be paying Cravath rates.
Requirements:
- Strong Academic Qualifications and a JD from a reputable university
- U.S. Qualified, ideally in NY/DC
- 2-3 PQE with a top tier international law firm
