Urgent hole patching in wall and repaint touch-up

I have a noticeable hole in the living room wall from a moved picture and a small, uneven patch nearby. I’m looking for someone to professionally plaster the hole, sand smooth, and apply a light touch-up of paint to match the surrounding wall. The room is low-traffic and the hole is about 10-12 cm across. I’d prefer a tidy, dust-free approach with ready-mixed plaster or drywall compound, plus a matching paint touch-up.
