Job summary
We are seeking to recruit dynamic Band 6 practitioners. The post is open to qualified Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists. We are looking to recruit skilled and highly motivated practitioners to join us as Band 6 Urgent Care Practitioners in the CRHTT, working closely with the acute mental health hospital and community teams to support people in a mental health crisis. CRHT are able to offer all the benefits of a hospital admission whilst remaining at home, including home visits from our experienced multi- disciplinary team.
