Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Process dealer payments and commission payments accurately and on time.
- Handle accounts payable (AP) transactions, including trade payable invoices, miscellaneous invoices, and staff claims.
- Perform e-banking transactions across multiple banking platforms.
- Process refunds, overpayments, loss of use claims, insurance-related payments, and other payment requests.
- Prepare payment journals and post transactions into Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX).
- Perform collection journal entries for the Operation Administration department.
- Update LTA Giro payment records in Excel.
- Extract AP payment data for account reconciliation purposes.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) activities during the implementation of the NPLS new system.
