About the Role:

Catesby Estates Design Team are looking for a talented Full Time Urban Designer to join the inhouse team. You will be working on an exciting range of UK wide design projects from procurement, vision, and promotion through to concept, consultation and on to planning application stages.

Overview:

Your role will be to support production of contractual, concept, and planning application design material from bid through to final sale. This will include working with the full Catesby team as well as a managing and working with a range of external technical consultants. Our masterplanning work is varied in scale and location in the UK with a generally residential focus. We do on occasions explore large scale commercial development opportunities, so some knowledge in that area would also be beneficial.
